"The property was close to everything but I noticed in the rooms when they cleaned it they did not sweep the tiles or clean the coffee maker and the sink was dirty "

"The hotel was clean but the only place I had a clean issue was the Pool. The water had particles of different unclean substances in it. I therefore couldn’t stay in it for an extended time . No complaints of the food and beverage department and my room was clean and comfortable. I had no wash cloths but sufficient towels."

"Only 20 rooms so not too many people. Pool is right outside the room. The beach is 1 block away. The staff is friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Walking distance to the Deerfield Beach pier and restaurants. Water toys and beach chairs available."
