"It wasn’t so much the location it was Expedia that falsely advertised this property and it made for a horrible experience. Some rude staff members and lack of cleaning our rooms or even offering clean towels. Over all it was the service and Expedia that caused the issues. "

"The entire property is tired and unimaginative. Smells everywhere. Rooms smell the worst. I should have believed all the reviews I read before booking. There's a theme. Carpets, walls, furniture all well beyond their service life. Ate at the restaurant twice. Got sick after the first meal, chalked it up to stress. Got sick after the second meal the next day. Not stress. Hotel should be closed for a major refit. Can't believe EXPEDIA has this on their site "

"The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit ."

"Pros: The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, well stocked and the location was phenomenal. Cons: I reached out by message 6 hours prior to my arrival for access and was told I would receive an email later that day with instructions. Instructions were never received so I had to reach out twice by phone while at the front door in order to gain entry. Not ideal after a day of flying and driving.
