"I got this hotel because it said it had a jacuzzi, but it was green and full of dead bugs. Pool was also dirty, elevator stopped working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Ice machine was also not working on the 3rd floor we had to go to the 1st floor to get ice very inconvenient!!! We also had to disconnect our TV for 10 sec so the remote would work. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!"

"The place looked quite new, like if the establishment had just been remolded or built not to long ago. The room was very cleanand organized, aswell as the bathroom. Liked that it had a shower and not a tub. Water pressure could be better. The bed was comfortable (to my opnion). Overall I would stay there again"

"Everything about this hotel was great!!! Very clean, I mean they were constantly cleaning. The breakfast area was spotless, and the breakfast attendant was super sweet, and the breakfast itself wasn't half bad! Also one of the cleanest hotel staircases I've ever seen. The pool area was clean, and never overly crowded. All staff was friendly. We came for a softball tournament and we were constantly in and out, and never had one issue. Would definitely recommend. "

"At first, I was a little upset because I had to pay a 700 deposit that wasn’t disclosed in the initial details of the house. I started to cancel, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The customer service is excellent! They respond quickly and they were nice and friendly throughout all of our interactions. The house looks exactly like the pictures, if not better. I stayed with five friends and it was more than enough space for everyone. It’s in a nice neighborhood, that’s very quiet and about 20-25 mins...
