"Unfortunately, this did not qualify as a 5 star accommodation. It is a gorgeous , older home with beautiful gardens but amenities and support from staff was disappointing. Our room , quite “cozy” was lacking in supplies like tissues, shower cap, water bottles, extra towels, and it was dark with lights needing replacement. This could be a 5 star accommodation with more attention to detail and more staff present in site. Breakfast should def be included and not an extra charge!"
