"Although they say the rooms are remodeled they are done cheaply. The beds are not comfortable. The room smells. I am sure it was a smoking room at one point. It has affected my allergies. And I always request non smoking The halls lobby elevators etc have not been remodeled and need it badly. The bathroom is so small you cant even get dressed in it.I am glad i will only be in rhe room for 10 hours. I would never recommend this hotel. "

"Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay. Contacted VRBO to try and get this fixed. Spoke to the host and they never responded. Worst experience ever and use VRBO several times a year. "
"Mark is an amazing host. Excellent communication. Breakfast items left specifically for us in the fridge were a most appreciated gift. Kitchen had everything we needed. Those considering the property should know that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had ample space. Instructions for tv use and streaming services were clear and easy to find. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but we did not feel at all unsafe."
