"They put hospitality back into a hotel stay. our experience was wonderful and will stay there again in the future."

"The hotel is centrally located downtown Huntsville and close to all the city offers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaint comes in relation to whatever AI they are utilizing as a live person sending texts regarding our stay. Don't ask for towels or wash cloths, the AI does not understand that simple request. Also, don't ask for any recommendations outside of the restaurant located on-site. Obviously, the AI only considers their restaurant as being suited to our dining needs."

"The staff were all great. Personable, helpful as they answered multiple questions from our travel group. Loved the orange infused water at the front lobby/food area. The night team were especially helpful. One of the employees came in by accident on a day she didn't work and was waiting for a ride to be picked up. We came in and the person on duty was bot at the cou ter yet, she greeted us and said she qoukd get us started and helped get us checked in and then passed off to the person coming on shift. She went above because she was there and so were we. She didn't get paid for that. She just cared enough to help us out. The person taking over, he answered all my questions and helped us to get a meal qhen most places were closed. I would say, the breakfast was fantastic. On the last day we were there I would just mention the person cleaning started doing the floors .she coukd have mentioned to us she was going to start mopping. But instead started splashing Cleaner throughout the entire dining area. That made it very difficult for us to get out. This also could have caused an accident. I would just let us know or do qhat another employee did and mopped a section at a time so people fi ishing their morning breakfast had a chance to do so and leave. And one thi g I would add that most hotels miss. Have your breakfast team say good morning and welcome guest to the area. It's a big opportunity to start people's day off on the rigjt foot. A warm smile goes a long way"

"So when we arrived a couple was complaining to the front desk about bed bugs which was alarming. We fully inspected our room and seen no evidence of any in our room. However we did see a large brown gross stain on the night stand floor and part of the lower bed. We just ignored it. The complementary drinks we skipped on because it wasn’t a real bar just a little mixing desk I guess. Breakfast had no bacon which was disappointing. Dinner was some taco meal I ended up going out it didn’t look appetizing. The staff was kind. Room was medium to small size but cozy. Bed was comfortable enough. It was just a one night stop on the way to a destination did the trick wouldn’t recommend a long stay but good for the price."

"This was a really nice hotel. The bedsheets were clean and smelled clean. Everyone I saw that worked there said hello and would chat. They seemed genuinely happy to be there and the whole experience was one of the nicest I've ever had."

"The perfect stop over on a long drive south. I arrived very late and the charming proprietor was ready with a friendly greeting to give me a clean, hospitable, safe place to rest. The room was fresh, well-taken care of, and newly renovated. I was able to park just outside my room so bringing bags inside was an easy accomplishment. The hotel was quiet and an easy place to get a good night’s rest. "
