"A clean environment, helpful staff. A few inadequate areas: lack of restaurant staff, over looking some room cleaning areas (refill of bathroom containers), uncomfortable chair in room. Any issues were addressed quickly, once reported."

"The Delta is a decent hotel to stay in in St John's. It's a little bit dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The pool needs an update and the showers had an issue with running cold. I also think the hotel could include shampoo and conditioner in the showers in the change rooms for the pool and gym. The breakfast buffet seams pricey at $30 however there was a really good variety and I think it's good value for the money. The location of this hotel is really convenient as well."

"Had a lovely stay! Host communicated clearly and efficiently. Location was close to downtown St. John's, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Had everything I needed. Clean all around. Would definitely stay again."

"Highly recommend if you want to be close to downtown but not in the hustle and bustle. The home is cozy, clean and we'll kept, and the host is amazing. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable."
