You’ll find yourself just moments from one of PEI’s beautiful red sand beaches. You can access the beach from the pathway leading off of the deck to start your day with a morning stroll on the sand.

Back at the cottage, unwind with friends and family in the private hot tub or in the patio. Fire up the barbecue and enjoy island evenings on the spacious deck, surrounded by the birds and ocean breezes.

Just minutes away, you’ll discover Argyle Shore Provincial Park and the picturesque Bonshaw Trail. For a taste of city life, the capital city of Charlottetown is just a 35-minute drive away, offering shopping, entertainment, historical sites, and all the amenities you might need. Just past Charlottetown, hit the green in Stratford at Fox Meadow Golf Course where you can receive discounted rates as a Red Sands guest.

Inside, Meadow’s Edge boasts an artistic design and open-concept layout, with thoughtfully decorated spaces and plenty of natural light. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, an island for meal prep or gathering, and a pantry stocked with basic spices and cooking essentials. The adjacent counter seating and dining area easily seats your whole group—perfect for shared meals and lively conversation. The cozy living room invites you to curl up beside the fireplace on cooler evenings, or enjoy a family movie night. The kitchenette and living room downstairs offers extra space for you to make a cup of coffee and walk right outside to enjoy it on the deck.

With five well-appointed bedrooms, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds, offering restful sleep in serene surroundings. Three of the bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds, with beautiful views. The sixth bedroom is perfect for children, with a twin bed and double-sized bunk bed designed for both fun and functionality. Three modern full bathrooms ensure everyone has space and privacy.
