"Cab we went at the hotel yesterday then actually the second floor was a lady to make a lot of noise and scream a lot seven in the morning. I’m so disappointed with this hotel to be honest. I need my money back because she ruined my anniversary with my husband."

"The room is updated/renovated and looks nice. However, the elevator was out of order during our entire 3 day 2 night stay and our room was located on the 4th floor. Not only was this unexpected and very inconvenient, the staff still required us to come down to the front desk to retrieve fresh towels ..."
