"The room and hotel in general was clean. The room cleaning crew does an amazing. The room however was musty the entire stay. I had asked for a fan because the cool unit was not helping and they had none. So we couldn’t circulate the air. Day one we asked for pancake mix replacement, she either didn’t want to change it or didn’t know how like she had stated.
