"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.

"We had a Great Stay at Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra. The hotel was very convient to many things. The Staff was Excellent the Restaurant and Bar was Awesome. Very Clean room a bit dated but adequate. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend this Hotel.

"Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "
"great location, ~5-10 min walk to AMS Centraal train station and can get on local trams or trains to distant places. Short walk to great food options. Front desk staff was wonderful, gave great food recommendations and also even offered to help coordinate reservations. Also great G&T welcome drink and hang out in the welcoming lobby. On a quiet street so no issues getting great rest, felt very safe the entire time"
