The head housekeeping staff Ally was great she help me the wifi and help me cleaning the balcony.

to start off with it took me 1 hour to figure out the combination to get in the room. The kitchen did not have a usable knife or a bowl I had to buy my own. the bathtub would fill up even with drain open so all the dirt you washed off was on your feet. the front desk was little or no help. the parking sucked if you got back to the room after 8 you had to park it the Walgreens across the street. this was a not fit for my dog to stay at.
