"Wonderful gem of a one bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance. It’s very clean/cozy & yet spacious. The upgrades (cool shower) are lovely, too. The space provides all the essentials you would want or ask for at a traditional hotel suite experience & then some. Katie & Brad were communicative when needed & yet not invasive at all. Very kind, too. Would absolutely utilize this space again if needed in the future. "

"The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing."
