"Quan checked me in, very polite & accommodating. Facilities are clean & well maintained in what felt like a safe area. Another guest was playing loud music after 10pm, called the front desk & they got the volume turned down. Enjoyed the layout of the room, plenty of storage to keep floor space clear. Would stay again in the future"

"Only thing I would note is the parking situation. The hotel has a parking deck under it. You do need to pay as noted in the hotel info, but there was not info on how to get to the parking deck. You need to drive right past the hotel entrance and it’s on your left."

"The only thing I didn’t like is the way the AC unit was set up in the design of the room for the wolf den the kids where hot and the adults where cold … if you look at the set up there needs to be more of a flow the divider Of the wolf den and the queen bed at the top need to put an opening so the AC could flow to the wolf den and not bounce off and freeze the adults in the bed"
