"The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents."

"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! "We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Cottage! Francine and Vince are welcoming and kind - the best hosts! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. And the lake was beautiful! We fished, kayaked and relaxed lakeside between our son's baseball games. I just wish we had more time to stay! "As a person who travels every week, this is the exact type of place I want to stay in. The clean, spacious layout really delivers on comfort when you’re away from home. The kitchen is well accommodated so cooking in is easy to do. If cooking isn’t your thing there are many good restaurants close by to visit. I wish my weekly stays could be here every week."

"Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately.
