"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

This room is difficult to navigate due to the “attic”ceilings but it is unique as can be with many fun nooks and crannies. It was hard for my 6ft 2 husband. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! "We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. "We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents."
