I only had one problem is that I reserved and paid for a triple room as I have two teenage sons but I was giving a family room with double bed and single. The guy at the desk was helpful and did apologise for the mix up. We didn't get our triple room as they had gone but it did spoil our stay as I just put boys in the same bed for the nights we were staying "

"Ideally placed, a short stroll along the canal into the city centre, great for the bus station. Our room was in the annex over the canal facing a busy road, it was a big room, comfy with tea/coffee toiletries etc. We live on a fairly busy road so the noise didn't bother us, but if you want peace and quiet I'd suggest an upgrade to a canal facing room. Breakfast was good, a great selection. I would definitely stay here again."
