"The staff were very helpful. Our room was very clean. The construction on the outside did concern me upon arrival but it was very quiet."

"Warm and efficient welcome from desk staff. Very clean bathroom room and bedroom. The carpet looked a bit dated but a very comfortable room with a quiet refrigerator! The heating system was also very quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was modest but quite reasonable for the great room rate!! The eating area was very pleasant and homey too. The attendant there was also very pleasant."

"The hotel was perfect!! Not that far from Campus"

"Clean room. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast included was the best I’ve had anywhere. There was ample parking available and its free to park when you stay. The hotel has a sidewalk that brings you within a one minute walk to ricks on main and vidlers 5&10 across the street. 10/10 would recommend staying here to explore east Aurora. "Clean room, easy check in, excellent staff."

"Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended."

"Don’t know why I was charged an extra hundred dollars when I didn’t take anything or leave it a mess"
