"My family and I stayed at this pinecrest retreat during our snow trip. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The stairs were interesting to navigate with a 2 year old toddler and two older grandparents, but it was doable. Heating consists of wall units and a fireplace. It was walking distance to Leland snowplay. No wifi was refreshing as it allowed us to unplug and spend quality time together. There were plenty of movies available for us to watch. "It was a nice place but we were forwarded wrong address and wrong address listed on our VRBO email...Also there were alot of stairs to go down to access property that were never mentioned anywhere on the listing and all parking is along the road...Thank You"

"Great location right near Leland Snowplay area. Was great for us, though keep in mind that there are a lot of stairs so not good if mobility is an issue. Though we didn't watch any, there was quite a large DVD collection at the house. Also, it is condo, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors. Nothing too loud, but we could hear the TV through the wall."

"We had a good time, but....NO Water in the unit for a day. The morning of the trip we were notified that there was a water problem, and we were offered rescheduling We were already packed... my daughter has to pick her vacation days once a year, so changing our schedule was unavailable, so we threw in some water and proceeded. The water was off until the next morning, so there were dirty dishes in our sink, and no showers, and inability to flush toilets until the water service resumed the second...

"Elvin is a responsive owner and tries best to have your stay as comfortable as it can be. During excessive snow days, he coordinated with the snow plowers and got the drive way cleared. Gave all info as needed. Highly recommend."
