"My pros and cons about this hotel/resort Pros: I flew down from California to stay here at this wonderful place and I have to say it was just all amazing don’t listen to the reviews online I stayed in a sea view room for a week and I felt like home everything was so convenient and the staff was amazing and fast I would highly recommend this place.. Cons: there isn’t much Cons besides the shower head being odd and shooting water all over the bathroom and getting everything wet so we used the hand shower head which is ok.. another con was the insects, occasionally we would get these big spiders all over the bathroom and centipedes crawling everywhere and my girlfriend would completely go crazy because she seen one lol another con was the inconvenience of the security guards almost getting me for coming into the security gate in a taxi because we went into town I mean it’s good the have really amazing security but come on we passed the security check checkpoint and they knew us lol but yea overall it was amazing! Highly recommend it!! "

"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

"I almost loved the place except that it did not give me a refund for an extra day I booked by mistake. They also did not say it with kindness but with an attitude! This is the first time I was not refunded. Sad. Second, the room is a bit cramped for three beds. They also did not offer free breakfast and 220 peso breakfast is expensive for a very small serving. Like a breakfast of daing na bangus was just 1/4 piece of the bangus. In other hotels they serve the whole bangus. I also ordered longanisa in other hotels they serve two pieces. Here it was only one small piece. And the breakfast tapa was very small portion for 220 pesos. Hotels.com should not include this in your list. I am already a silver member but my first time to be disappointed. "
