"I can’t really agree with their so-called “deluxe room”, which was what I booked. They’re very strict/stingy with towel supply. There’s only one bath towel and one mid size towel. When I asked for face towel and extra bath towel, I received none. No electric kettle. My unit wad crossed the street from main building, so I had to go downstairs, crossed the street, then to kitchen for hot water. But that only happened if I was lucky that there’s someone in the kitchen. "

"We were so happy with our stay in Riad Marraplace. It is a beautiful place, right near the hustle and bustle of the square, but nestled away that you don't hear it. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly. The room was unique and suited our needs, and the rooftop and common areas are well anointed. Highly recommend staying here."

"I’ve travelled to over 25 countries and this is one of the best hotels. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is amazing, it’s a great value for money. Wherever we had a problem they fixed it and it never looked like they were looking to charge money. It felt like the genuinely wanted to make our stay the best one possible! In the midst of all the chaos that is the city of Marrakech and its medina this was an amazing experience! "

"The location is very central. Restaurant was very nice but a bit overpriced for Marrakesh. The rooms were cozy but unfortunately smelled. Mentioned this to the front desk, who kindly provided a candle. There is live music until 1030pm, so if you are jetlagged and would like to rest early, this is a downside. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Staff is very friendly. Front door is locked and you have to ring a bell to be let in. One afternoon, midday, when returning to the hotel, we waited outside for about 2 min to be let in as no one was manning the front desk and we rang the bell continuously. "

"Thank you to the wonderful staff at Andalla. Everyone was warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was simple with eggs, bread, yogourt and fruit. Our one dinner was a delicious chicken tagine. The property was huge, with lots of sitting rooms and a lovely terrace. Our room was comfortable and clean. Many thanks for a great stay."
