DAPHNE SCENIC BAY VIEW CONDO

This is a condo to truly enjoy living in, both indoors and outdoors, in one of the most scenic locations in the area.

Beautiful, well furnished, first floor, newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with view of Mobile Bay and downtown Mobile. Large deck opens onto large green space with live oak trees with spanish moss. Exterior wall of living/dining room is all glass for the view and sliding glass door to the large deck, or pull the curtains for privacy. Appreciate the tongue and groove wood ceilings in the kitchen and the bath, and designer tile in the bath. Enjoy your coffee on the deck with your wonderful view, and the sounds of birds singing. Enjoy large screen TV's mounted on wall of living room and bedroom along with high speed internet. In warm seasons enjoy the two swimming pools.
For pet owners: One or two dogs accepted with a $25 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the "Travelers" box, then select “Pets” “yes” (and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the high quality of our home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the condo with their pets. For longer stays, the pet fee is capped at $200 per month. In this case contact owners and we will adjust the quote to include this maximum fee before you book.

The condo is conveniently located: 1 mile from I-10, 8 miles from Fairhope, 9 miles to downtown Mobile, and 37 miles to Gulf Shores. Grocery stores (Publix and Rouses) and many restaurant and shopping choices are nearby.

The Condo is walking distance to Panini Pete’s new restaurant “The Waterfront” next to the Daphne City Boat Launch, both located on Yacht Club Drive down the hill on the Bay. Only two blocks away is the Eastern Shore Trail for biking, jogging, and walking. Also nearby is the Daphne Bay Front Park, with boardwalks through the wetlands and a pier for fishing, and historic Village Point Park Preserve, which is home to the Jackson Oak, the oldest living live oak tree in Alabama. The tree is 95 feet tall with a 28' foot circumference.
