Front desk guy was great very friendly and helpful but their needs to be some updating our door looked like it was kicked in a few times and their was no chain lock very alarming it was bug free witch very greatful for and quiet with very friendly residents their our toilet flusher was very weak and half broken kinda small tvs for a hotel every hotel I been at had had way bigger ones and actual cable wifi was kinda slow but it was a great stay honestly just a few lil hicups

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room needed some more cleaning of kitchenette sink and bathroom counter. Heating unit not able to keep up. Very drafty door. Needed to stick towels in the door frame. Front desk brought us a heater. Bed was very comfy!

in a complete cheap repair of the facilities. poor construction habits. sloppy paint jobs. the room was nicer than expected, however the lock quit working and they didnt fix the key issue. so if i left a cleaning person had to let me back in. upon checkout there was no one at the desk and i had to leave my room card on a window sill as i could not leave it in the room with the broken lock

The kit.\n Chen had no pots, no pants, no silverware.\n Quite honestly, it was a joke to call it a kitchen. The microwave was sitting on a table, but it was an old micro that was built to be installed. Not a tabletop model.

Did not stay! Area around the hotel had dead shrubs, men working on cars in parking lot. Room had bad door trim like it had been broken into, linens looked dirty. Was told it refunded full payment through Expedia….i hope that was true.

I chose the place because it was supposed to have a kitchen according to Expedia filter. It did have a small stovetop, a frig, and a microwave. But it had no utensils: no pans, no silverware, no plates. So how is a traveler supposed to cook? Am I supposed to pack a big suitcase full of utensils? The guy at the desk said that people stay a long time and buy their own stuff. OK, state that on the Expedia website, because a real traveler needs the tools for cooking and eating. The room was OK, but there were big piles of bagged trash outside dumpsters within 50 yards of the door. Otherwise the recently reconditioned room was fine. Expedia needs guidelines for what a kitchen is. This has happened twice to me. Not good.

Nasty place. Lots of homeless. Owner decide to charge extra fees because the nightly rate was paid after 3pm. Held personal stuff hostage. Was working and staying here for over a week, he knew we were coming back every night. Garbage and bugs everywhere

Unclean and uncaring

The hotel is being renovated. I did not care because all I need was aclean and quiet place to sleep on my road trip. Everythin was okay until I took a shower in the morning. There was soap from the previous guest. I concluded that the shower had not been cleaned. Luckily for me, I wasn't completely grossed out due to my years of cleege dorm living. I was disappointed that the staff could not be bothered to at least clean the room.

Charged me twice for the deposit and did not reimburse one. I called several times to correct this and they said “no we didn’t”. Blanket was the equivalent of a shower curtain. Dirty. Weather stripping vibrates very loudly in the wind and woke me up several times. No fridge in my room. No Wi-Fi in my room. I would not stay here again.

The pictures online are very deceiving. This property is basically an abandoned motel that should be demolished. Setting at the end of an industrial park. Our room was disgusting. Dirt, hair, dead bugs, everywhere in the room. I had to go to the store and buy our own pillows. The ones in the room had huge stains on them. I tore the sheets off the bed. And had to take all the Bethmann‘s outside and shake them because of the human hair that covered them. Everything in the room was old and worn out and gross.
