"Loved this place! Amazing views! Many restaurants close by to either drive or Uber. Food onsite was just okay. Way too expensive compared to other places right up the road. My only complaint is they don’t enforce the adults only pool. There weren’t many kids but there were more than a few and with a huge pool steps away, I do not understand why they were in the adult pool and hot tub."
Drury Plaza Hotel North Charleston

"Everything about the Drury was great. The breakfast was great with a lot of different options. The 5:30 kickback was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. If you are looking for a good place to stay in North Charleston I highly recommend the Drury."

"Our first time visiting the Isle of Palms and we really enjoyed it. Seaside Inn was a wonderful place to stay and the employees we met were always so helpful and friendly. The property was clean and any blemishes were expected of a beachfront property. Family friendly and pet friendly. Will stay again!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy commute to historic district in Charleston. All rooms are oceanfront. Beautiful and easy access to the beach. Small balcony, bring your own camping chairs to sit on it. The hotel is a little dated. We didn’t like rooms not being painted and freshening up scratches . You had to wait until almost 5 pm before cleaning staff came to replace towels make beds. We are used to that being handled by noon. We felt the floors in the room had not been cleaned before arrival. There is a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave which would have been convenient. There was also no phone to reach the front desk. There were two elevators, but one was frequently out of service causing wait times. Overall, we enjoyed a lot about staying at the Tides. We wish they would work a little more on freshening up the rooms and cleaning. The beach and walkable restaurants make it very convenient."
