"One of the nicest and finest experience."

"Hot water had dirt in it but they solved it?"

"Very nice experience "

"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."

"This five-star resort offers an impressive breakfast and attentive service, while the staff make a notable difference. We stayed for four nights. It is highly recommended."

"I honestly never expected a Fairfield by Marriott property to be like this. I have stayed at Fairfield properties in Amritsar and other places, but this experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. * The room size: The rooms are very small, but honestly, that is not even my main complaint. "Clean room and well stocked toiletries. A well spread breakfast just as expected from Taj"

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!"

"Good property, location, and staff"

"The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough"

"初めてのインド旅で不安なこともありましたがホテルスタッフ全ての方がとても親切に対応してくれました。今までの旅行で一番と言って良いほど印象に残る素敵なホテルでした。6泊滞在しましたが毎日気持ち良く過ごせます。レストランやバーも美味しくて滞在中も多く利用しました。 素敵な思い出になりました。 ホテルスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。"

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"
