"The staff was friendly right off the bat. The fellow at the front desk carried my suitcase up the stairs for me (there were elevators from that floor). The room was ready, and everything nice and clean. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. One thing in the bathroom I really liked was the glass partition that covered half the tub. What was unique was it rotated in to the tub so someone like me you move it in, and reach the safety rail to get carefully out of the tub."
