"The room at the Vivaldi was lovely and the air conditioning worked well which was important because we were there in a heat wave. The caretaker, Luka, was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. He was responsive to all of our questions. There is no front desk here so they won’t store your luggage for you. Old Town Dubrovnik is a very cool and beautiful city but the important thing to know is that there are a lot of steps, and I mean a lot!!! The Vivaldi sits towards the top of the wall...

"My husband and I stayed 2 nights in June. Karla was there to greet us on our early 10 am arrival and allowed us to check in early and provided some great dining recommendations. The room was extremely well appointed (espresso in room, all the standard amenities one expects from a hotel and even had a flat iron for my hair). "My family stayed here for two nights in June. We had such a nice time. The property was spotless and air conditioned-essential as it was 92 each day. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. There was even a freezer in the fridge and a washing machine. The location was right in old town within walking distance from everything. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend for your next trip to Dubrovnik."

"This boutique hotel is a gem. There are only 5 or 6 rooms and the property faces the Adriatic. The views are stunning. Walkable to Old Town. The tourism staff working at the property are very friendly and helpful. All of the staff are warm, kind and professional. Dinner at the hotel is an event not to be missed - delicious. We fell in love with this property and its staff. We will be back! Highly recommend."

"Villa Orabelle was truly amazing! Stunning view and pool area! We had the 2 bedroom family room and it was Wonderful for our family of 4, even had our own terrace. The service was great and the breakfast. All the food we had was really good! They even surprised us with afternoon snacks and water bottles delivered to the room. The walk to old town took us about 20 minutes and it was Beautiful! Really enjoyed our stay! Hope to visit again."

"The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean.
