Wenn etwas fehlt oder kaputt geht, seid Ihr sofort zur Stelle. Auch gefällt uns, dass Dinge, die andere Kunden da lassen, wie Flüssigseife, Kaffeefilter, Salz etc. nicht entsorgt, sondern für den nächsten Kunden dagelassen werden. Ein- und Auszug, Schlüsselübergabe etc. absolut unkompliziert. Gerne wieder! Ich hätte mich im Internet über die Grössenangabe der Bettdecke gefreut und ob das Bett eine durchgehende oder geteilte Matratze hat. So habe ich die Bettwäsche gemietet…."
