"They did not have record of my booking, even though I had made it a month in advance. I eventually had to email it to the man at the front desk. Wifi was spotty and unreliable in the bedroom. The mattress was harder than I like. Though the living room and bedroom looked nice, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960's: old, cracked tile, old mildew stains in the tile grout, old yellowed toilet seat, old rusty, broken drain hole cover in the middle of the floor.
