"The staff at the Belhaven were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great. Very nice neighborhood, walking to shopping and dining. Our room was on the lower level and needed a refresh. It was not dirty at all. Just didn’t look like the picture and I realize we needed more room as a family of 4. Beds were ok. Again staff and location were great we just didn’t like being in the basement"

"Disgusting room with a bathroom that has full on damp running throughout, so bad everything in the whole room was damp and clammy to the touch, beds were dirty and showed stains under a uv light, stayed 4 days and for the price i am shocked anyone would offer this as an option to stay in at 370 quid for 4 days, would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone until the whole rooms cleaned and the bathroom is fixed, is probably a health hazard as all i could smell was mold"

"Very busy and central location, with this place being a nice oasis from the bustling city. The staff were wonderful and the lobby was a fun place to hang out while we waited for our friends. They had a good breakfast as well."
