"The staff was kinda helpful but most of everyone was very rude from the bartenders to the bell hands and the night manager was horrible and rude &&& the original I was supposed to stay in was not clean and smelled like bleach & was not prepared"

"The room was cute and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the AC control was on the wall! The shower pressure could have been a bit better and I had a room directly across from the elevator, so I could hear people coming and going. But it wasn't too much of a problem! Overall a great hotel and very close the Southside Ballroom!"

"The elevators are very slow and tower one rooms and common areas are very dated. The amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) were excellent quality."

"The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too."
