"Air conditioning was broken, didn’t fix it or switch our rooms for the 4 day duration we were there and you can hear thumping music all night. Sink was blocked so would over flow within 10 seconds. Will never stay there again "

"Parking was $30 a day and the elevator only work the 1st day had to take the stairs the next 2 days. Be aware they also charge $30 a day in destination fees . I could have stayed another day with all the extra fees. "

"The room was Beautiful with a modern flair! The hotel was top tier and a great price for 3 nights! The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Room was huge and amazing ! Shower was grand and hot and relaxing! Bed was so soft and comfy! Bar excellent and breakfast was fancy and tasty! My husband loved our stay here I loved our stay as well! We will definitely stay here again! My husband said it as we were leaving and he barely compliments anything! Until next time Lorenzo Hotel! 😘 P.S. didn’t even realize we I was booking that we were booking at the infamous hotel that Tina Turner escaped too! Wow!!! What an honor!! "

"This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again. "

"Not sure about amenities as all lobby under construction but room and staff were great. Location was also very nice with restaurants and sites within walking distance."

"Check in process was a little confusing. What would help is a note by Hotels.com or Kasa to pre-check in so that we can get the correct (Kasa) confirmation code not the one provided by Hotels.com. Plus directions to the hotel floors etc. There are no laundry facilities but everything else was good. Staff contact via text was new but efficient. They responded within minutes. Always polite. Will stay there again or at another Kasa facility. One more suggestion. Can they use there own device to upload license/ID plus facial recognition...it possible. "

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."
