~Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, blender, plates, bowls, limited spices, teas, and all appliances necessary to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests—perfect for family meals or gatherings.
~Game Room: A guest favorite featuring a TV, foosball table, air hockey, large Connect 4, and classic board games like Uno and Dominoes. A futon couch easily converts into a bed for extra sleeping space.

Bedrooms Designed for Comfort:
~Master Suite: A retreat within a retreat, featuring a cozy office nook and an extra couch, creating a “room within a room” vibe. Enjoy a spacious closet, private bath with shower, calming decor, and an olive tree for added serenity. Smart TV, bedside lamp, and soft lighting complete the cozy atmosphere.
~Bedroom 2: Queen bed, plush bedding, and soothing colors that invite restful sleep and relaxation.
~Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and a smart TV—ideal for kids or adults, offering a warm, comfortable vibe for everyone.

~Master full bathroom is fully stocked with all you need for a comfortable relaxing stay.
~The second full bathroom is fully stocked with essentials including towels, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and more—everything you need for a carefree stay.

Wellness and Fitness Studio:
~Garage Fitness Studio: Features a sauna, exercise bike, walking pad, weights, and TV, all set on turf flooring for a comfortable workout experience. The room is AC-controlled for year-round comfort.

Outdoor Relaxation:
~Private Backyard: Perfect for unwinding, with a hot tub/spa, relaxing patio furniture, and a smoker grill for delicious meals under the stars. It’s your private oasis for enjoying the outdoors in peace.

The Vibe

The home has security cameras around the premises. Front yard and backyard but none in the home.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

★ CLEANING and SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
