"Extremely close from airport exit, great food options, 24 hour kobini, rooms are to be expected for Japan. We had an overnight layover en route to Korea and it was the perfect stop."

"If you stay at this hotel you will want for nothing and everything. EVERYTHING is walking distance and the Hotel is spectacular."

"Hotel is new and very comfortable. Room small for 2 people but perfectly manageable for overnight stay before a flight. Breakfast extensive. Staff efficient. The restaurant was expensive for what it is and not a huge range on the menu. Everything was very clean. We used the monorail to access the airport as it was less congested than the shuttle. I’d recommend this hotel for a convenient overnight stay close right next to the airport."

"Overall lovely location for this hotel. Got off at a major station and walked 3 mins for my hotel. Very convenient"

"Tres pratique, bien desservi, agréable, quartier calme."

"Second time staying here. It was another great visit! Only feedback is the coffee in the room is challenging with pour over brand- the knot Hiroshima is better. Otherwise great stay, small rooms as per Tokyo. Love the park across the way!"

"全体的に清潔感があってよかった"

I found the concierges not to be knowledgeable and even had quite a bit of trouble speaking English in such an International Hotel. We often had to find our own recommendations for restaurants and even book them because they seem to be either unwilling or unable to meet our needs. At one point, I was waiting for my partner to return from a brief walk outside while we were waiting for a shuttle and I...

"The rooms are fairly standard in size for Tokyo, but they're clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"
