"This was a wonderful hotel very near the Shiomi station, only a few stops from Tokyo Station. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was beautifully designed while providing a fun and comfortable environment. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The hotel breakfast was amazing. Overall it was a very good value and we would definitely recommend it."

"Convenient location. Ready access to a wide variety of shops and restaurants in the facility. Unusually quiet given that it is colocated at the airport; did not hear one jet during our three day stay. Two double pane windows—four pane layer. The Japanese onsen spa is a great feature."

"This is a large hotel in a good location close to a main train and subway station. The room was small as was the bathroom (Superior Queen room). The bed was not very comfortable. We tried the buffet breakfast which was heavily Japanese. If you want an American breakfast go elsewhere. We also tried one of the restaurants on the 25th floor and it was casual but not bad. We enjoyed the orient express bar. Staff we all great and super helpful. Laundry facility was great."
