"Exceptional Stay with World-Class Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in. Both the food and service at the restaurant were top-notch and completely satisfied my expectations. Having stayed at 5-star hotels in the US, I can confidently say that the service here stands out and easily competes on a global level. If I visit Ulsan again, I will definitely choose to stay...

"I found black mold under the bed, in the shower, and by the fridge. The bed was hard as a rock, the dumbbells in the gym were rusted, and the wallpaper in the rooms were coming off. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting and stained. They also did not have ANY bath towels to use the whole stay, only small little towels. I wish I never stayed here. Additionally the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and does not feel safe to walk at night."

"Great to stay"

"Great location for our needs for rowing competitions. Fun area for local foods and walking"

"Staff !!!"

"We were in Ananti Busan Village tower cabin #509 with a forest view & it was spectacular. Very spacious 2-level loft suite with separate bathroom & toilet. Lots of space to unload all your baggage. There's an iPad on the upper level but we could not figure out how to change the keyboard to English from Korean. We could have asked but we had our own laptop and iPad anyway so did not need to use it. Electronic drapes for the floor to ceiling windows. If you need it dark when you sleep, it gets...
