"Our vacation was wonderful!We came to Moon place for our daughter’s 13th birthday. She’s a very picky eater and loved the food. The facility was absolutely beautiful! The staff were so kind and welcoming. The food was delicious from the buffet to the restaurants. The resort was kept clean and well tended to. Our rooms were refreshed daily. "I had family emergency and needed to reschedule my stay. My agent and I tried contacting the hotel for three days and nobody answered or replied to emails. I travel to Jamaica few times a year, stayed in multiple hotels and customer service and communication in Sandals was the worst."

"I really enjoyed the warm swimming pool at night. The check-in staff was excellent and very accommodating. My only issue with the property was if you got any type of stain or mark on the towels or sheets they were going to find you for it."

"I came here to celebrate my birthday and I was greeted with a welcome drink which was called the golden eye which has pineapple and rum inside it so good! They also provided a card and champagne for my bday! They brought our suitcases to the room then the bell guy gave a quick tour of the place before we got to the room.
