"Language was a big problem but the staff always wanted to help we use the translator app on the phone to communicate and did well. The hotel staff even walk me to the ATM when the bank was closed."

"It was a little challenging in finding the hotel, since Google and Apple Maps has the hotel listed under the name "Time walk s Hotel". Unfortunately there is no U-Bahn station nearby, you have to walk about 30 minutes to the nearest one. The hotel staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel offered everything one may need. There is also a free late-night-snack and tea/coeffee all day long."

"Amazing hotel with the best service. We stayed for 3 days and it was the best experience we ever had in a hotel. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The cleaning crew even folded our clothes when we were away. Also thank you to Ms. Gao at the front desk who was extremely helpful and nice to us when we needed to book train tickets. We will definitely stay there again in the future. "
