"We arrived after mid-night after plane delay, it was poring rain, and the all the lights was off (probably to save power?) When we approach the main door, making lots of noises, then entrance then lights up. The Bell Boy quickly rushed to out assistance and took our luggages out of the taxi to reception area. We didn't realise that out backpack was still in the taxi. Fortunately 5min after we checked, the taxi Drive return our backpack, the value contents were intact. "
