"Excellent location if going to Da Nang airport. The property is a bit outdated but still quite clean. Plenty of dining options in the area. However, do not ask hotel to call a taxi for you since they cannot control the incredibly inflated price (inflated 2.5 times!) you will end up paying. It is obviously not the fault of the hotel but it would be very nice if they warned the guest about it."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Da Nang. The rooms are Incredible. The service truly stood out as well. The facilities are top-notch. The spa is exceptional, the pool is stunning, and the gym is one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I’ve seen. Everything is thoughtfully maintained and adds to the overall experience. One thing I especially appreciated is the location. While it’s not directly on the beach, I actually preferred that, it gives the area a more authentic, local feel. You’re surrounded by plenty of shops, coffee spots, local boutiques, restaurants, and bars, all within easy reach, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Overall, I really, really loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!"

"we have been to Danang 3 times, and this is the 1st time and will not be the last time we stayed at the Courtyard by marriott. The staff here in every department are attentive, friendly, lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible, delicious, fresh and ample. Our room was so comfortable, clean, spacious and the views are so beautiful. We stayed for 9 nights and we are looking to return next year for much longer. Treat yourself, you wont regret it."

"The property itself was clean and well-maintained. However, our experience with the staff was inconsistent and concerning. One staff member offered to assist us with transportation and guidance to Hoi An, but the situation became uncomfortable when he argued with local shop owners over commission related to our purchases. It created confusion and made us question whether our custom items would even be completed. He also pushed us to make purchases or shop at places he would receive commissions at. He initially told us he would stay with us the entire time, but instead we were left in Hoi An, about an hour away. He said a driver would pick us up when we were ready to return. However, once we were ready, we ended up waiting 57 minutes, while being repeatedly told it would be “5–10 minutes.” The lack of transparency and communication was frustrating. The following evening, a custom leather wallet was delivered, but the lobby staff initially denied receiving it. The next morning, front desk staff also stated there was no delivery and even contacted the vendor to question them. Only after the vendor provided photo proof did the staff retrieve the item. Overall, while the property itself was pleasant, the level of service and communication from staff needs significant improvement."

"I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "

"The hotel was well situated along the river, near the Han market and the Dragon Bridge. The neighborhood was very walkable and it was easy to walk to the other side of the river, and I managed to walk to the beach and the train station, but this may not be for everyone. The hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my room and found it to be spacious and well laid out. The views of the river were spectacular, when it is not too smoggy out. The swimming pool is similar to what is shown in the pictures, but the facility has since become slightly dated. The breakfast was also amazing, with great variety in both Asian and Western dishes. Staff were friendly, and wifi was great. The hotel was slightly more pricey than nearby properties, but I think it was worth the expense. I would recommend this property to others visiting Da Nang and would certainly consider this hotel the next time I am in the city. "

"Had no Issues staying at this Hotel. Perfect Location to walk to the Dragon Bridge as they followed through a gave me a room facing the tail end of the Dragon which was fine, just means i had to walk over. Also a 15min walk was the Han Market, so Location was Perfect. Staff were very attentive and always caring and would always ask if help was needed. Thank You to the Staff Members Tien, Tuan and Huyen. Grateful to have had great service. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend and stay here again in the Future. They were alao helpful with Booking Trips like Ba Na Hills and Hue City Trips from the Hotel."
