"We had a very bumpy start where our double-queen room was not ready when we arrived (admittedly we were apparently early at noontime but never had issues like this with other places). We were told that we would be called when it was ready but 5 hours later and nothing even after standing in the lobby, until a manager noticed we were there and asked how we were. She then got us a room quickly. Other than that the staff and room were excellent. We ate one night at the restaurant. It was delicious but quite pricey. For the price we would stay again but would make sure to be a **little** (read respectfully) assertive if the room was not ready at arrival "

"The pool was not available and I received no laundry service and it was difficult to reach a staff member when I needed some help. If you go out of your room on the morning before the 11:00 am checkout to go to the store or somewhere else and come back to your room, your room key doesn't work anymore so I had to go to the front desk and have them re-code the key to get in my room. "

"My stay at the The Inn at Four Eleven York was everything I wanted in a solo getaway and more. It’s such a cute, cozy B&B with major Gilmore Girls vibes, but elevated. The whole place feels calm, intentional, and just a little indulgent in the best way. The staff were incredibly friendly, and being on a text chain for anything I needed made everything feel easy and personal. The room itself was stunning. Everything felt luxurious without being over the top. The bedding was so comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa. Heated floors, tons of space, and a bathtub with a fireplace made it feel truly special. It was one of those places where you actually look forward to coming back to your room. Turndown service was such a nice touch, and the restaurant next door was delicious. The only small downside for me was the bar cart drink selection, which just wasn’t my taste. Also, the scent of the inn deserves its own mention. It smells incredible. I even bought the spray and now I ration it like it’s gold because I want it to last forever. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. I have a long list of places I want to visit, but this might have to become a yearly trip."
