"We only had a very short stay but found the property to be a beautiful old farmhouse with fantastic old features, lovely open fire with plenty of logs and character. Old worn stairs, exposed wooden beams and not a right angle in the place ! Nice and quiet and well out the way. Doggy was very welcome as well."

"The photographs of the property do not do this house and gardens justice. There were 14 of us staying and it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, with an Aga and separate oven. Seating in the house is plentiful and the grounds are stunning. We could easily walk for dinner into Bala as well as stroll down to the lake. The children had a swim in the leisure centre as the lake is a tad cold in May! It’s worth every penny to stay here....

"We had a wonderful time with a group of young people at the start of a 26 week employability and life skills programme. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is at the heart of the property and we could all sit around the table to eat our meals.The location is great for walks and the garden good for exploring. A fabulous time was had by all."

"Great accommodation for our group of six! Had everything we needed and place was spotless & comfortable. Perfect outdoor patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful warm weather we had. Short walk into town plus a good base to set out from to enjoy northern Wales. Not a concern for us (except lifting our luggage) but there are a few steps up to the front door that could be a challenge for some. Our host, Richard, was amazing! Lots of places to visit within easy reach and beautiful views of the Welsh countryside. Will was very accommodating and ensured that everything was provided for a comfortable stay, as well as providing us with suggestions for local restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be returning at some point to explore the area further."

Our hosts were amazing we visited for my partners birthday and there was a cake and card waiting for us. So comfy great location and really well equipped with everything needed.
