"We liked the areas for sitting outside, to sit with a coffee, talk and relax. It was convenient to have a fridge. A very different accommodation but typical for the island. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Wonderful Hotel Stay
We had such a great experience here! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel itself had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and our room was a very comfortable size. In the evenings, the firepit was such a cozy spot to unwind.
The location was fantastic—bikes were available to get around, which made everything so easy. We took a ride to the beach and a winery for the day, and even grabbed breakfast nearby with just a quick bike ride. Overall, a wonderful stay with the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Highly recommend!"

"Rented the cottage for my wife, 1.5 year old, and myself, Andrew was fantastic and easy to get in contact with for all questions/concerns. The cottage, grounds, pool, and hot tub are well maintained and we had a great experience overall. Will be planning another stay here! "

"Had a great time with the family here in southold! The house was clean and we were able to have some family stop by to visit! The backyard was perfect for bbq, swimming and playing games in the grass all day long. Would gladly stay here again!!! The beach being close by is also so nice for midday fun or sunset walk. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and well appointed with modern fixtures. King bed in Master bedroom plus four additional bedrooms each with a bed slept our gang comfortably. Backyard pergola with settee and hammocks set the relaxing tone for the weekend. Looking forward to booking it again."
