"O hotel está em boas condições, embora haja falhas de manutenção. Usei dois dos apartamentos. Num deles reparei o chuveiro com pouca vazão de água, no outro havia funcionamento incompleto da descarga. Tirados esses pormenores, que não sei se são comuns, o prédio é bom e está em boas condições. Verifique se há melhor treinamento da equipe da recepção que comete falhas: vaga de estacionamento paga e não respeitada, informações errôneas e não marcação de extensão do checkout previamente solicitada."
