very well located and comfortable.

Very good accommodation; the hotel has suffered a bit over time with some gaps in the windows and in need of a makeover. However, the pillows were good and the toiletries were good. The first room faced the avenue and was a bit noisy, but Manoel promptly moved me to the back floor. The restaurant prices were good and fair, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, even though it was paid.

Péssima acústica

Hotel tem péssima acústica, conseguíamos ouvir pessoas falando e andando nos outros andares, assim como cachorro latindo. Para quem quer ir relaxar e descansar fica um pouco difícil, elevador também deu problema no dia que chegamos (sábado) e até nossa saída (terça) não tinha sido arrumado, deixando apenas um elevador funcionando e uma fila/demora enorme.

O hotel fica em uma área muito boa (bairro Batel) e é de qualidade padrão para os hoteis da rede Accor. Já havíamos nos hospedado anteriormente e relatado a mesma situação, mas vimos que nada adiantou: todos os corredores possuem caixas de som ambiente que tocam música constantemente a partir das 7:00h em um volume muito alto, que pode ser ouvido dentro dos quartos e incomoda demais! Deveriam optar por algo mais tranquilo, tipo “música de elevador”, ao invés de trilhas pop e em alto volume!

We liked our recent stay, but walls are thin and you can clearly hear movement and people talking both inside and outside your room. It’s not terrible but loud enough to be noticeable, if you’re a light sleeper you might have issues falling or staying asleep for this reason. The room layout is also kind of awkward, there’s a door to the bathroom that pretty much blocks the corridor to the bed area when open. Rooms are quite small, but the location is great. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I think next time we’re visiting Curitiba we will stay someplace else for the reasons above.

Ja me hospedei 2 vezes neste hotel, possui uma excelente localização, os quartos tipo "loft" são excelentes para quem viaja em mais pessoas e é a MELHOR PISCINA da cidade, agua sempre quentinha, teto retrátil que permite receber a luz do sol diretamente. Gostaria de dar nota 10, entretanto em ambas as vezes que frequentei o hotel me decepcionei com os mesmos problemas; Comida ruim, não vale o valor nem de longe, café da manhã extremamente simples e ruim. Serviço péssimo, acredito que seja o que mais pesa para desqualificar o hotel. Os recepcionistas, todos, sempre mal educados e NUNCA atendem o telefone, não são simpáticos. Um grande porem é não incluir as camareiras e o serviço de manutenção, pois esses sempre foram simpáticos e prestativos. Falta de estrutura dos quartos com cozinha, você reserva um apartamento que possui fogão e as únicas louças fornecidas são 2 xícaras, 2 copos e um medidos marinex.. em qualquer tipo de acomodação. Para finalizar, me cobraram R$ 11,00 por dois copos de gelo. Com pequenas melhoras o hotel seria excelente.. pois o valor da hospedagem requer esse "basíco". Obrigada.

Nos hospedamos nesse hotel por quatro anos seguidos em nossas idas a Curitiba, sempre gostamos, mas dessa vez foi um pouco decepcionante. Pedi uma cama de solteiro para colocar um dos meus filhos logo na reserva, mas chegando lá informaram que não tinha disponibilidade, só colocaram no último dia. O quarto estava cheio de formigas, deixamos um xarope e um pacote de bolachas em cima do balcão e amanheceram infestados. O blackout do quarto estava quebrado nos cantos, tivemos que prender com durex para ficar fechado. Em um dos dias estávamos dormindo quando ligaram solicitando que parássemos com o barulho porque o vizinho estava incomodado, mas incomodados ficamos nós com uma ligação tarde da noite acordando a todos. Por fim, toda vez que o quarto de cima dava descarga, ficávamos um tempão escutando o barulho de água. Foi uma grande decepção, na próxima vez pensaremos muito antes de decidir ir para esse hotel novamente, uma pena.
