"The hotel is modern and attractive. The rooms are nicely furnished, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk staff members were very pleasant, helpful, and competent. But the housekeeping department needs improvement. One day they did not come at all, and the other days the service was hit and miss. On two occasions I needed to call the front desk at 11 pm to ask for coffee or paper cups or tissues or TP that had not been refilled. During our 4-night stay, the glass drinking glasses...
