"A very fine hotel with excellent staff. We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return."

"We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to say thank you to her. She recommended Dean Castle in Kilmarnock. We spent a wonderful few hours there. Thank you so much for your advice"

"We all had an amazing stay. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Only thing that could be improved on is to have full length mirror in rooms as we were attending a wedding and couldnt see ourselves before leaving. Also need charging points by the bed. Otherwise i would definitely recommend to others. The staff were also very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!!"
