"the only thing i didn't agree we asked for towels since they had not come into our room due to someone being ill that day inn the room, she asked for the trash and dirty towels but didn't replace them had to ask that night at desk for clean towels, the shampoo and conditioner containers in shower were empty, and the noise had construction going during the day, and at night they need to reinforce the quiet time to customers coming in late, had a team of young kids coming in on saturday night and it was 1 am they were screaming and laughing running down the hall 2nd floor and the adults with them allowing them to be that noisy.."
