"We had an excellent time at the leonardo glasgow. Everywhere was spotless. Staff were all friendly. We had a view of the river. The breakfast was outstanding, literally everything you could want, traditional cooked, continental, omelette station, cereals, breads, sweets, porridge, mackerel and juices. The only complaint, which is small, was that the bed was a little hard for our liking. Oh, and the smell when you walk into the hotel, divine."

"Property could have been built a little more sympathetic to the style that you were going for, the brickwork looks more like a tower block of flats and the facilities are a little dated eg tiles missing from pool which were blue just replaced with filler and many of the doors in bathrooms have blown at the bottom "
