"Decepcionante. Reservamos um quarto triplo, recebemos um quarto minúsculo com apenas uma cama de casal, ao lado de uma obro com muito pó e barulho. Tive que ir na recepção reclamar e, segundo o que eles me disseram, o meu quarto triplo havia sido reservado por eles e pelo Hotels.com, ou seja, fizeram a reserva da mesma acomodação duas vezes, e eu, que estava com minha família (esposa e filho bebê), fomos direcionados para outro quarto, devido a esse erro (que ninguém tinha avisado em momento...
"I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor."
